When we start a new venture we look to the support of our family and friends. This venture was no different since it was set up by three friends with the support of our families.
To organize our first workshop, we leaned on our peers, friends and our families once again. Our keynote speaker for our first event, Vinny Minchillo, provided some excellent insight (and fun) insight for those seeking jobs. Much of what he said is absolutely still relevant today. Personally, I learned a lot from this award-winning ad guy (even though he is my brother). How long do you have to make a good impression? What should be on your resume? What should your social media say about you? He uses the ad business to explain how to make a great impression in a job search.
