Wendi A. Rogers, CP, TBLS-BCP, Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Board Certified – Personal Injury Law
Wendi A. Rogers, CP worked as a paralegal for over 20 years. She was the senior trial paralegal and special project manager with Martin & Martin, P.C., a commercial litigation firm located in Dallas, Texas, specializing in contract law, construction law and insurance law.
After completing her Associate in Applied Arts and Science degree in legal assistant studies at Tarrant County Junior College, she received her Bachelor in Applied Arts and Science degree from the University of North Texas, majoring in legal information management.
Wendi was one of the first Board Certified Paralegals in Texas. In 1994 she earned the designation as a Board Certified Paralegal in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She was also a Certified Paralegal through NALA.
Wendi was a Past-President of the Paralegal Division, State Bar of Texas and served as a Board member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. She also served in several capacities with the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. Wendi was a Paralegal Ambassador for the Paralegal Division, a speaker and author on various litigation topics, and a paralegal instructor.
She was an affiliate member of the Trial Lawyers of America (NKA the American Association for Justice) and was selected as their Paralegal of the Year in 2003. In 2004 she received the William R. Robie Leadership Award from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and in 1998 she was DAPA’s selection for Paralegal of the Year.
